Punching machine quantitative piston pump use requirements

First, the use of conditions:

Working medium 40 low pouring hydraulic oil

Operating temperature: Operating temperature range: -25-80 ℃, in the load state, the working temperature shall not be higher than 90 ℃, when the oil temperature below 100, the pump motor should be warm under a small load to run.

Medium Viscosity: For the pump motor to achieve the best efficiency and service life, the following working viscosity range is recommended.

The best working viscosity 16-36mm 2 / s, the maximum allowable viscosity 1000mm / s: the minimum allowable viscosity of 10mm / s.

Oil filter accuracy: the best oil filter accuracy of 5--1Oμm, the minimum shall not exceed 25μm.

Pump motor common pressure should not exceed the rated value, the commonly used the number of revolutions should not exceed the maximum value, the maximum value of continuous work shall not exceed - minutes.

Second, the installation requirements:

The pump / motor is connected with the prime mover or the load using a flexible coupling, and the coaxiality shall not exceed 0.1 mm after coupling. The pump / motor mounting bracket should have sufficient rigidity to prevent loosening.

When installing the pump / motor, the drain port must be in the highest position of the component itself to ensure that the pump motor housing is filled with oil and the drain line is clear and the oil drain pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa.

When the pump is self-priming, the installation position of the pump is lower than the minimum oil level in the tank to ensure that the oil suction pipe is smooth and the oil suction resistance is minimized.

Pump / motor connection pipe, pipe fittings should be strictly cleaned, does not allow the tube to keep any debris.
